At Journey, each bar is crafted with intention, integrity, and care. Because our products are consumable and made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us—and we’re here to support if something doesn’t feel right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • A short note about what went wrong

We’ll do our best to make it right through a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, please let us know. We’ll work with our shipping partner to track the order and offer a resolution if it’s deemed lost.

Due to the Nature of Our Products

Because our offerings are ingestible and handmade, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • A change of mind
  • Individual sensitivity to ingredients
  • Perceived strength or subtlety of microdosing effect

We encourage all customers to start slowly, stay intentional, and read the product details before ordering.
